We have run professional, full time pizza businesses in the past, but believe you me, pizza is far better as a hobby.

When pizza is your hobby, you can spend an irrational length of time reading about flour, you can make financially ruinous decisions about ingredients and you can make the pizza you want to eat, not just the pizzas that people expect.
